Our Story
We started with a simple belief
Upgrade Modern Home began around a kitchen table, with a folder full of sketches and a frustration we kept hearing from friends: renovating a home meant juggling a designer in one place, a contractor in another, and a dozen suppliers who never spoke to each other.
So we built the studio we wished existed — a single team where interior stylists, roofers, solar installers, security specialists and remodelers plan together, work together and answer to one standard: would we live with this result in our own home?
Today, that belief shapes every project we take on, from a single bathroom refresh to a full home transformation with rooftop solar overhead.
- Every project starts with listening, not selling
- One plan, one crew, one point of contact
- Workmanship we happily warranty
